Phoebe is a wonderful, sweet cat, who was put outside because she kept going in heat. (I wonder why.) A very responsible 24-yr-old daughter asked me to take her father's cat since he "is not a good pet owner." She ended up pregnant but now is done with motherhood and would like a new home. She's very easy going and has big, beautiful, stunning eyes.
